How to delete your Trybridal data
You can remove your account, your generation history, and any other data we hold about you in three ways — pick whichever fits.
1. Delete it yourself, from inside Trybridal
The fastest way: log in and visit
your account-delete page.
Confirm with your password (or by typing DELETE if you
signed in with Google or Facebook), and your account vanishes
immediately along with every row tied to it.
2. Revoke access from your Facebook account
If you signed in with Facebook and would rather remove Trybridal from there, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Apps and websites , find Trybridal, and click Remove. Facebook will notify our servers automatically and we'll delete the linked account — usually within a few minutes.
3. Email us if you're locked out
If you can't log in (forgot your password, lost access to the email address, etc.), email support@trybridal.com from the email address you originally signed up with. We'll verify and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, password hash if any, linked social IDs)
- Every try-on you've generated, saved, or bookmarked
- Your credit balance and credit-transaction history
- Any promo codes you've redeemed
- Email-verification tokens issued for your account
Aggregate analytics (e.g. "how many users tried dress X this week") contain no personal data and may be retained.
